Harper's Point Eye Associates has been located in the Montgomery, Ohio area since 1976, where it was founded by Dr. Elliot M. Kirstein. In 2007, our practice moved from the Shops at Harper's Point to its current location on Cornell Road. The practice has evolved from a single doctor practice, to our current practice offering a range of services from routine eye care to comprehensive management of eye disease such as glaucoma, cataract, diabetic eye disease, ocular surface and dry eye disease and kerato refractive surgery.
