Wm. Preston Billig, O. D.
Dr. Billig grew up in suburban Philadelphia and is a 1983 graduate of The University of Tampa with a degree in Biology.  He received his doctorate from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1987.   Following his internships at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia and the Orlando Naval Hospital, Dr. Billig began practicing in Tampa. Dr.’s Billig and Dahlberg are married and have three adult children.

Debra J. Dahlberg, O.D.
Dr. Dahlberg grew up all over the U.S. and landed in St. Petersburg for high school.  She graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Zoology and continued her education at the University of Houston where she received her Doctor of Optometry degree.   She has been practicing in the Brandon/Riverview area for over 30 years.   Dr. Dahlberg opened the doors to OPTICS SOHO in 1997.

Erin Cooper, O.D.
Dr. Cooper was born and raised in Marietta, Georgia.  She obtained a major in Biology and minor in Spanish at the University of Georgia in 2007.  She then went on to the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee to achieve her Doctorate of Optometry in 2011.  She has also completed a residency program focused on primary care and ocular disease at the Bay Pines VA in Bay Pines, Florida.  When not working, Dr. Cooper enjoys spending time with her husband, two young daughters, and two rescue pups.

The Doctors
The Doctors’ professional affiliations include the American Optometric Association, Florida Optometric Association, Hillsborough Society of Optometrists.   The practice continues to grow through patient referrals many of which are for their expertise in difficult-to-fit contact lens patients, especially multifocals.
