Dr. Rebecca Bills is a 2007 graduate of the Southern College of Optometry.

After graduation, she completed a one-year residency in Ocular Disease with Southern Eye Associates.

She has been practicing primary care optometry in the Memphis area for over a decade, including seven years with Dr. Rachel Wyatt in Collierville.

She joined Doctors Eyecare Center in 2014. In 2018, she bought the practice and changed the name to 901 Optical.
